From Vision to Movement: The Story Behind Artem NexGen

A Dream in Motion

Artem NexGen went from a dream to a global coaching movement. Originating as an
entrepreneurial project as a teenager, I had the opportunity to present it before the United
Nations, sharing a vision for empowering social entrepreneurs who can confront humanity’s
toughest challenges with creativity and compassion. That moment on the UN stage was a
declaration that if we equip passionate changemakers with the right resources, they can transform
societies from the ground-up using for-profit models. Through our program, 1M2030, I worked
with top level changemakers and social entrepreneurs like Avi Schiffman, Samaira Mehta,
Madhavi Shankar, and more. These included young individuals recognized by Forbes 30 under 30 and more. The response was far-reaching. Media giants such as NBC News covered this development, and consulting powerhouse McKinsey & Company provided recognition and training for these efforts. Even Shaquille O’Neal and Shawn Mendes showed support. People across sectors were eager for solutions that blended technology, empathy, and entrepreneurship.

Honored by the Nobel Legacy

A few years later, an invitation arrived to live in Dubai, a city that epitomizes rapid innovation and cross-cultural collaboration. Immersed in that dynamic environment while working in Corporate Social Responsibility, I deepened my expertise in scaling sustainable and accessible ventures. Those months sharpened both my strategic thinking and my resolve to build something lasting—laying the groundwork for the next phase of the journey.

Returning to the United Nations last July with fresh perspectives, I unveiled A4A, an AI tool designed to help venues become more accessible for people with disabilities. It creates guides that display measures such as wheelchair ramps, service-animal relief areas, sign-language tours, and other accommodations—allowing guests to learn about them before arrival. I was inspired by my experience working in Dubai’s theme-park industry, where I saw firsthand how even small accessibility measures can create a major impact.

With these international and entrepreneurial experiences under my belt, I am thrilled to announce the relaunch of Artem NexGen, a coaching program dedicated to nurturing aspiring social entrepreneurs, globe-trotters, and visionary leaders. The program blends strategic foundations with workshops on business modeling, impact measurement, and sustainable financing. Hands-on innovation guides participants through projects applying emerging technologies like A4A to real-world challenges. Personal growth is woven throughout, with mentorship circles focused on mindset, resilience, and ethical leadership. Participants join a vibrant community of peers and mentors, gaining access to a network that includes industry veterans, policymakers, and creative influencers—all united by a shared purpose to build a better world, one empowered individual at a time.

Social entrepreneurship thrives when talent meets opportunity. By providing structured guidance, tangible tools, and a supportive ecosystem, Artem NexGen aims to accelerate the journey for young professionals and aspiring change-makers. Whether you are a university student with a dream, a young professional pivoting toward international work, or an established founder seeking fresh perspectives, this service is designed to amplify your capacity to drive systemic change.

If you feel called to transform challenges into opportunities, I invite you to book a Discovery Session with me to see how we can turn bold visions into reality.

My Best,
Alexander
